Yes, of at least, at the time of this post, there isn't anything on Google's terms that state otherwise.


Can I get a lot of money from this?

This is the problem. I wouldn't say to. The problem is that when people are on forums, they are only there to read the post, not the ads themselves. It's much less likely they'll click on them through these methods.

This method was created a few years ago, so there are a bunch of forums that support it. One of them is THIS.
