Are Online Paid Surveys a Scam?

The short answer would be: NO!

But are they a reliable source of income that can make you quit your job? NO!

There are a lot of websites online that claim that you can make hundreds of dollar per week just filling out simple surveys. That is not true.

What can you expect is to be able to get that couple of dollars you want/need, once you find a good company that has regular surveys paying well. Surveys are a way of making quick, easy cash, just by giving your honest opinions. Many say it doesn't pay off, I say otherwise. I find myself in front of my computer, looking at it and doing nothing usefull.

Many have argued paid surveys, but did any of those survey takers do ANY effort into winning money? Have they signed up on several companies? No!

Why is that? Simple: The ones who put effort got more that what they were looking for: make money.

As they say, the hardest part is to start, as after you get paid for the first time, you'll enjoy it so much you won't stop. You'll then expand and register in some more sites. Then you'll start wanting to make more money. And you can. Internet is the business of the future

The key with online survey websites is to register in as many as possible, as most will get you just a couple per month. Some sites also have the possibility to participate in online and offline focus groups. These are groups of people who discuss a product or service. These are usual much better paid, but require some more work.

If you want to make some extra money: Try it.

Sweepstakes - Why you should avoid them

I've found many Pay Per Survey websites that have a sweepstakes reward system, where you get a ticket for a monthly/weekly contest. But don't even try them. Why not?

Well, it's time consuming. You'll be spending hours completing surveys for sweepstakes tickets and then you probably won't recieve anything.

That's why I always reccomend people to only fill in surveys where you get paid real money.

You should avoid these at all cost, so be warned!

Another great check only website.

You can earn $10.00 to $0.50 per market research survey completed.

MySurvey uses a point system. You earn points for each survey you take, and you can exchange them for cash by requesting a check (minimum of $10.00 or 1,000 points). If you order a check you will receive it within three to four weeks of requesting it.

A great PPS website. They usualy only offer 1 survey per week, but they pay promptly.

They have a great referral system and you should try it.

They only pay by check, which is a bad thing, but if you don't mind, you won't be sorry.

Greenfield Online

Greenfield Online is a great Pay per Survey website.

But what makes it so great? Well, it's the fact that they send you paid surveys daily and there are always a bunch more to do at their website.

Although they're web design is a bit bad, don't get scared about it, because this is a trustworthy website.

Unfortunatly, the only way of referring people is by e-mail (and you only recieve 1$).

You should try and join Here. They pay by PayPal and their minimum cashout is at just 1$, so you'll soon be cashing out!

Opinion Outpost

This is another Check only PPS website.

It offers a great amount of surveys daily, making it one of the best ones out there.

And don't let the points system scare you: 10 points = 1$, so by completing all those 50 and 75 points surveys you are getting from 5$ to 7,5$!

This is one of the best websites out there as far as PPS' are concerned.

I recieved several Survey Requests a day, most worth 2$

The only downside is that you can only recieve payments by check.

This is a great PPS website. They have already paid me twice so this is a trustworthy site.

Although their referral system is individualized (you can only send invites by e-mail), they pay well per survey (I've recieved a couple 5$ surveys).

Although they don't send survey invites as often as other sites, this is a great way of making money with almost no effort.

Pay per Survey is another way of making money online.

There are a lot of PPS based sites and with them, you'll be able to get a great amount of money.

Most of them support payment by PayPal, although some of them only allow to have payments by check.

This is a poppular method of making money thanks to the amount you can get in a short period of time, with surveys that pay you from mere cents to an outstanding amout of 10 dolars. Yes, 10$ for one simple survey that might take you 10 minutes.

If you're really thinking about making money out of this, I reccomend you to join several websites as only that way you'll get a lot of money from this type of websites.

There are both free and paid PPS sites, with some of them being scams. I'll alert you of them as I find them.
